We are now looking for a teacher for Alléskolan in grades 7-9 for teaching mathematics and science!

Alléskolan is a modern school organized into age-homogeneous work teams. Here, a dedicated team of staff continuously drives development issues and has a clear focus on putting the student at the center. The school has a world-class library that supports students' learning. The school is centrally located in Åtvidaberg, close to Kopparvallen and Bysjön.

We work to create clear, supportive learning processes and an equitable, evidence-based assessment. Our goal and focus are increased knowledge results and increased attendance among students.

Your responsibilities

As a teacher with us, you will be responsible for planning, teaching, following up, and assessing in mathematics and science for grades 7-9. You will be part of our collegial work by participating in regular meetings and collaborations. Your role also includes contact with guardians and other tasks associated with the teaching profession. You will also participate in the school's development work regarding goal achievement and attendance efforts.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach mathematics and science and would prefer that you have previous experience teaching at the secondary level. We are also interested in candidates who are nearing the end of their education and have subject competence in one or more of the subjects mathematics, chemistry, biology, physics, or technology.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are self-driven and have an easy time collaborating with others. You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and the different conditions of individuals. We also see that you have a good ability to organize and lead teaching.

About the employment

The position is a permanent employment with a scope of 100%. Start in the autumn of 2026.
